Dear music lovers,

I am delighted to invite you to the Cantata Singers’ 62nd season, three concerts to indulge in choral beauty. We start with one of the highlights of the choral romantic repertoire, Johannes Brahms’s German Requiem, accompanied by piano four hands. In Magnificat, we will explore musical settings of Mary’s canticle across the centuries. And, we will transport you to 17th-century London with the great music of Henry Purcell. We are delighted to be collaborating again with the National Arts Centre, The Ottawa Baroque Consort, and numerous talented local musicians.
